Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the goods (or provide evidence of receipt) without stating a reason.

To initiate a return, you must notify LAURANCE LEON in writing. A return template is available for download on our website, though its use is not mandatory. The cancellation period is 7 calendar days from the delivery date of the last item in your order (if shipped in multiple parts). Once your cancellation is communicated, you must return the goods within 7 calendar days.

LAURANCE LEON aims to process all returns within 60 hours of receiving them. However, during sale periods, please allow up to 7 calendar days. If returned goods are received later than 7 calendar days after your cancellation request, LAURANCE LEON is not obligated to issue a refund.

All items must be returned in one shipment, with the return pro-forma invoice included in your parcel.

Return Shipping

Returns must be made using our shipping partner, DHL Express, with the prepaid return label provided with your order (where applicable). LAURANCE LEON is not liable for any goods returned via alternative methods. The return address is included on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your order. Using another courier does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Conditions

We will not accept returns if:
   •    Items have been worn, damaged, or exposed to harmful elements
   •    LAURANCE LEON tags have been removed
   •    Items are soiled or damaged through wear and tear

If you receive a damaged item or one without tags, please contact us immediately. We strongly recommend checking all items carefully before wearing them or disposing of any packaging and tags.

International Returns & Duties

For shipments outside the European Union (EU), customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded. If you are located outside the EU, you will be responsible for any additional duties and taxes on exchanged items.

While we do not offer exchanges for different styles or colors, we will assist with a return and refund so you can place a new order for your preferred item. Please note that duties and taxes will be incurred again for exchanged orders.

All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s account, excluding delivery charges.

Pricing Policy

Customers will be charged in USD, GBP, EUR, JPY, AED, HKD, KRW, CNY, AUD, or CAD, depending on their shipping region. If your payment method is in another currency, the final price will depend on the exchange rate on the date of purchase.

Promotions & Discounts
   •    Promotion codes cannot be transferred to a new order.
   •    We do not offer cash or store credit alternatives.
   •    Discount code conditions will be specified at the time of issue.

Pricing Consistency

While LAURANCE LEON maintains consistent pricing across its business, we are not responsible for the pricing policies of third-party retailers and cannot price match.

We are committed to fair and transparent pricing and are not obligated to issue refunds due to price changes. However, if you are still within the return period and the item is still available on our website, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

International Transactions

LAURANCE LEON is based in London, UK. Transactions made outside the UK may be processed as international payments, depending on your bank. Additional bank fees may apply, which are non-refundable by LAURANCE LEON .
